To re-authenticate or fix a broken Xero connection follow these steps. 

  1. Navigate to your entity 
  2. Click Data
  3. Click Data Sources
  4. Scroll down and click the dropdown arrow for the respective Xero integration. 
  5. Select Re-authenticate (should look like the image below)

Note: Do not select Disconnect. This will break any charts or Updates using these connect Xero metrics. If you still have problems please email support@visible.vc
