To re-authenticate or fix a broken Xero connection follow these steps.
- Navigate to your entity
- Click Data
- Click Data Sources
- Scroll down and click the dropdown arrow for the respective Xero integration.
- Select Re-authenticate (should look like the image below)
Note: Do not select Disconnect. This will break any charts or Updates using these connect Xero metrics. If you still have problems please email firstname.lastname@example.org
