To re-authenticate or fix a broken Xero connection follow these steps. 

  1. Navigate to your entity 
  2. Click Metrics
  3. Click the Xero connection from the left side panel.
  4. Select Re-authenticate in the top right corner as shown below.

Note: Do not select Disconnect. This will break any charts or Updates using these connect Xero metrics. If you still have problems please email support@visible.vc
