Once you have created a chart you might want to add it directly to an Update and send it out to your stakeholders. There are a couple of ways to go about doing this:
The first option is to add the chart directly from an Update. We would suggest this option if you are looking to add a chart into an Update you have already started working on.
To get started, you will need to be in the Update editor. From here, you will notice a "+" icon on the left hand side when hovering over your Update. Click the "+" and you will see an assortment of options display next to the icon as shown below:
Click the "chart" icon highlighted above and our chart editor will display on the left hand side as show below:
From here, you will have a few options. You can copy an existing chart from a dashboard and make any changes using the "Options" tab or simply click done if the chart is already good to go.
Another option is to build a chart from scratch by adding any metrics using the "Metrics" tab and building out the chart using the "Options" tab.
After you click "Done" your chart will be displayed in your Update like the one below:
